Purify with Hydrovac

HYDROVAC™ PURECLEAN

HydrovacTM PURECLEAN is a purifier that can be used on pressurized or non-pressurized hydraulic and lubrication systems. The unit is designed for use in areas where water ingress is present or where high water content is often a problem.

HydrovacTM PURECLEAN provides dry oil through "vacuum dehydration" and removes both free (100%) and emulsified (>90%) water as well as gases to very low levels.

Hydrovac PureClean

Capacity: 100-600 liters per hour
Oil volume: Up to 15,000 liters (Oil volume in the system/tank to be cleaned)
Types of oil: All types of hydraulic and lubrication oils (including environmentally acceptable lubricants/EALs)
Viscosity: 10-700 cSt
Maximum inlet pressure: 4 bar (maximum 7 bar back pressure on outlet)
Consumables: Minimal (vacuum pump oil, exhaust filter, air filter)
Power consumption: Maximum 7.2 kW, 230-440 V (three-phase), 50/60 Hz, 16 A
Connections: 3/4" BSP (inlet), 1" BSP (outlet)
